Job summary

PAREKH in Dharuhera, India, seeks a warehouse operations professional to monitor all CNF activities and handle the complete set of warehouse tasks. The role ensures discipline and policy adherence, coordinates with customers and internal teams, and documents issues in MOM.

• Must have experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CNF activities and manage all warehouse tasks.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by the team.
• Liaise with principal company, customers and internal teams for depot operations and document matters in MOM.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and verify POD within TAT.
• Prepare and share MIS reports with authorities as defined.
• Track Stock In Transit, GRN and Sales Returned vouchers; escalate exceptions.
• Ensure timely acknowledgments from transporters and customers in PANDO portal.
• Handle petty cash and reconcile with accounts team on time.
• Enforce 5S and ensure it is implemented daily.
• Coordinate with transporters for dispatch as per route plan.
• Monitor insurance claims for transit damages.

Job description

Monitor all CNF activities and Responsible for all the activities in the warehouse.

Ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.

Liasoning & coordinating with the principal company / customers / internal team for all operational and administrative matter of the depot & document all in MOM.

Maintaining 100% stock accuracy & pod acknowledgement is received and verified within tat.

Ensuring all MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective authorities as per defined timelines.

Monitor pending Stock In Transit, GRN and account all Sales Returned Vouchers on daily basis and elevate exceptions if any to principle company.

Ensure that timely Acknowledgment are received from transporters and Customers and updation in PANDO portal.

Responsible for Handling Petty Cash & on time reconciliation with accounts Team

Ensures that stacking norms, safety norms to be followed as per guidelines

Responsible for monitoring timely order processing and dispatches.

Ensure 100% Implementation of 5S maintained on daily basis.

Responsible for periodical SOP training to team members and compliance followed.

Co ordinate with Transporters for dispatch as per route plan and maximum vehicle utilization.

Monitoring Insurance claims, if any damages during transit according to norms

Ensure all Statutory compliance are followed.
