• Ensure zero production disruption through effective material availability and line feeding.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Ensure all warehouse activities are executed as per procedures.
• Maintain strong control on perpetual inventory and stock accuracy.

Inventory Management

• Conduct inventory analysis and improve inventory turns.
• Take actions to control ageing and excess inventory.

Material Flow & Line Feeding

• Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production lines.
• Improve line feeding systems.

Systems & Reporting

• Ensure WMS/ERP usage and maintain inventory reports.
• Publish stock accuracy and discrepancy reports.

Warehouse Optimization

• Improve traceability, locator mapping, and kitting processes.
• Optimize warehouse layout and operations.

Team Management

• Lead warehouse team and improve performance and morale.

Ensure proper manpower utilization

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with SCM, production, and logistics teams.
