Job summary

Ninjacart, India's leading fresh produce agritech platform, is seeking an Operations Manager for Bangalore. You will own end-to-end operations, drive key metrics, and manage a growing team across infrastructure, people and processes.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience, are data-driven, and proficient in process improvement, lean techniques, and project management. You will ensure on-time dispatch of fruits & vegetables and uphold operational standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of overall experience.
• 2–4 years of team handling experience.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Data-driven with strong operations metrics.
• Experience in process improvement and lean techniques.
• Project management across medium-sized teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations which include infrastructure, people and processes.
• Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently.
• Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs.
• Responsible for handling the workforce and creating, reviewing & analyzing reports on operations.
• Ensure the dispatch of F&V on time
• Ensure the system and ops level guidelines strictly adhere in the respective facilities.
• Ensure all the assets are in place and in good working condition for the smooth operations.
