Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an experienced Ware House & Logistics Manager in Navi Mumbai to lead packing, dispatch, and transport operations. The role requires 8-10 years in warehouse and logistics with strong leadership and a focus on cost-effective logistics.

You will supervise packaging activities, manage material availability, and coordinate with QA/Warehouse teams while upholding safety and SOPs across shifts.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics.
• PG in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing, dispatch planning, and packaging quality per SOP.
• Control packaging material availability and SAP booking with physical verification.
• Manage outward dispatch, vehicle placement, documentation, and QA/Warehouse coordination.
• Drive safety, hygiene, and SOP adherence for workers and drivers.
• Handle transport operations, GPS tracking, freight control, and rate negotiation.
• Lead contractor workforce, training, supervision, and discipline on shop floor.
• Monitor packing machines and ensure readiness before shifts.
• Prepare MIS reports on GPS, detention, bonuses/penalties, and logistics performance.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted packing, dispatch planning, and packaging quality as per SOP.
• Maintain availability and control of packaging material; SAP booking and physical verification.
