Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a seasoned Ware House & Logistics Manager in Pune district to lead packing, dispatch, logistics, and material movement. You will oversee packaging inventory, transport management, and shop floor operations to ensure efficiency and cost control.

The role requires 8–10 years of warehouse and logistics experience, a graduate degree (PG preferred), and hands-on knowledge of SAP booking, GPS tracking, and KPI-based MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of warehouse & logistics experience.
• Graduate with PG in Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in packing, dispatch, inventory control, and transport management with SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted packing and dispatch planning according to SOP.
• Maintain packaging material availability; SAP booking and verification.
• Manage outward dispatch, vehicle placement, documentation, and QA/Warehouse coordination.
• Drive safety, hygiene, and shift SOP adherence for workers and drivers.
• Handle transport operations, GPS tracking, freight control, and rate negotiation.
• Lead contractor workforce, training, supervision, and discipline on shop floor.
• Monitor packing machines and ensure readiness before shifts.
• Prepare MIS reports (GPS, detention, bonus/penalty, and logistics performance).
