Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an experienced Ware House & Logistic Manager to lead packing, dispatch, logistics, and transport management at the unit level, ensuring smooth material movement and cost-efficient operations.

The role requires 8–10 years in warehouse and logistics and a graduate with PG in supply chain preferred. Responsibilities include SAP bookings, packing material control, vehicle placement, safety, and KPI-driven MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Graduate with PG in Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted packing, dispatch planning, and packaging quality as per SOP.
• Maintain availability and control of packaging material; SAP booking and physical verification.
• Manage outward dispatch, vehicle placement, documentation, and coordination with QA/Warehouse.
• Drive safety, hygiene, and shift-wise SOP adherence for workmen and drivers.
• Handle transport operations, GPS tracking, freight control, and rate negotiation.
• Lead contractor workforce, training, supervision, and discipline on shop floor.
• Monitor PM of packing machines and ensure machine readiness before shifts.
• Prepare MIS reports: GPS, detention, bonus/penalty, and logistics performance.

Education
