Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Graduate with PG in Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in SAP booking and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted packing, dispatch planning, and packaging quality per SOP.
• Maintain packaging material availability; SAP booking and verification.
• Manage outward dispatch, vehicle placement, documentation, and QA/Warehouse coordination.
• Drive safety, hygiene, and SOP adherence for workmen and drivers.
• Handle transport operations, GPS tracking, freight control, and rate negotiation.
• Lead contractor workforce, training, supervision, and discipline on the shop floor.
• Monitor PM of packing machines and ensure readiness before shifts.
• Prepare MIS reports on GPS, detention, bonus/penalty, and logistics performance.
