Job summary

Human Development & Research Foundation in Pune, India is seeking a seasoned warehouse and logistics leader to develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that align with business goals.

You will oversee PAN India operations, manage the P&L, drive cost efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy and on-time fulfillment, and mentor multiple location teams while pursuing safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end PAN India operations covering warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution
• Own and manage the operational P&L, including budgeting, cost optimization, and productivity improvements
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely order fulfillment
• Drive process improvements through SOPs, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
• Manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and operations teams across multiple locations
• Monitor key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround time, fulfillment rates, and logistics costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements
