Job summary

Dora Medical Trading India Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking a warehouse coordinator to manage inbound and outbound operations and ensure timely dispatch of orders. You will maintain stock accuracy, safeguard materials, and execute inventory cycles as part of daily warehouse routines.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, advanced English proficiency, and a readiness to work on-site with a focus on SOP-driven processes and orderly, documented records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound management.
• Receiving goods and fulfilling internal orders then dispatch orders, tracking and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and arrange inbound/outbound as SOP in warehouse.
• Responsible for warehouse and material safekeeping, stock in storage positions and daily settlement.
• Daily routine in warehouse and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Keep documents like invoice, E-waybill or other originals well.
• Find suitable courier partners, transportation, labor vendors and warehouse locations to meet requirements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits and ensure Stock Audit Report with 100% accuracy monthly.
• Handle exceptional situations and other tasks assigned by manager.

• 6.Keep the docs. like invoice , E-waybill or other original copy well.
• 7.Find suitable Courier Partner, transportation, labor vendors and warehouse location to meet requirement.
• 8.Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits and ensure Stock Audit Report with 100% Accuracy each month
• 9.Deal with exceptional situation in daily work and other works arranged by the manager or superior.
