Job summary

Maestro Headhunters in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage inward materials, stock control, and logistics coordination. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare delivery challans, and ensure timely dispatches with customer acknowledgments.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock registers, reconciling inventories with POs and vendor invoices, and supporting external audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Candidates from New Mumbai/Thane area only.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inward materials (imports, Local, Freight etc.).
• Preparing Delivery Challans, manage dispatches on Time & arrange acknowledgement from customer.
• Maintain Stock register properly & sending every month to Finance.
• Identify stock counts for every new project w.r.t BOQ & CC List Items & provide confirmation to SCM Team to proceed for procurement.
• Manage and verify the physical inventories with PO & Vendors Invoice.
• Handling Audit part (External Audit) & provide compliance for the same if needed.
• Manage Logistics, transportation and coordination for Invoice & E-way bills with Finance Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current practices with distribution systems and benchmark operational effectiveness, and develop best practice standards.
• Monitoring service level leads to total end customer satisfaction.
