Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a proactive Warehouse Executive to independently manage the Ghaziabad North India warehouse. The sole on-site staff will handle inventory, dispatch, labour coordination, documentation, and compliance for UPVC profiles and industrial products.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Preference given to candidates near Ghaziabad with a two-wheeler for local mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory control processes.
• Basic understanding of GST documentation and e-Way Bills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in industrial products, building materials, or related sectors preferred.
• Residence near Ghaziabad warehouse and owning a two-wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel-based systems.
• Conduct regular stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate loading/unloading by arranging labour daily on a contractual basis.
• Plan and execute dispatches in coordination with transporters and Head Office.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, stock records, delivery challans, and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office for invoice-related documentation.
• Ensure GST/E-Way Bills and transport compliance.
• Ensure housekeeping, security, and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Monitor safety and compliance standards.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

Job Summary

As the sole employee at the facility, the incumbentwill be responsible for inventory management, dispatch operations, labour coordination,documentation, compliance, and overall warehouse administraion for UPVC profiles andindustrial products.
