Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions in Pune is seeking a Warehouse Picker & Packer to perform accurate material picking according to Delivery Notes or pick lists, verify codes and quantities, and prepare items for dispatch.

You will label shipments, pack to approved standards, maintain clean and orderly areas, follow SOPs and 5S, assist in inventory counts, and help meet daily productivity targets while ensuring safe handling and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials accurately as per the Delivery Note (DN), Pick List, or system instructions.
• Verify the material code, quantity, batch/serial number, and product condition before packing.
• Pack materials using approved packaging standards to ensure safe transportation.
• Label and prepare packages correctly for dispatch, including shipping labels and documents.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid damage during picking, packing, and movement.
• Report any stock shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking, packing, and staging areas.
• Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices while performing daily activities.
• Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse operations as required.
• Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
