Job summary

Anheuser Busch InBev is seeking a logistics associate in Mysuru, Karnataka to manage delivery plans, monitor storage safety and quality, and supervise site shipments including forklift operators and drivers. The role includes preparing SOPs, keeping accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks as directed by the Manager.

The successful candidate will conduct daily inductions for forklift operators, assist with VPO documentation, and maintain data accuracy across finished goods

Responsibilities

• Complete the delivery base on the plan, and ensure that all the number, quantity, and quality of shipments meet the relative requirements. FIFO is compulsory to be followed.
• Complete account settlement (report if abnormal situation happens).
• Monitor the storage of goods base on the safety, quality and storage policies, responsible for the quantity, quality, safety and storage time of the goods.
• Complete the job related inspection records. Including all checklist.
• Supervise on site shipment includes forklift driver, carrier drivers, cleaners (site safety, environment and quality requirements)
• Complete the relevant reports of the finished goods warehouse, and responsible for the accuracy of the report data;
• Participate to the writing SOP, OPL and other relative documents;
• Finish relative documents and keep them properly
• Responsible daily FG Physical stock counting.
• Responsible for getting Sign off with Packaging team for declare the final production quantity.
• Complete the tasks timely which given by the Manager.
• Responsible for OWS visual board updation as per VPO requirement.
• Conduct daily workplace Induction to Forklift Operator and Loading causals before work starts.
• Helping to Line Manager for preparing the VPO document as per requirement.
