Job summary

Microgene Diagnostic Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Warehouse Associate to manage inward and outward goods at our New Delhi location. You will maintain accurate records, ensure FIFO/LIFO practices, and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.

The role requires strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivots, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. You will collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics for smooth material flow and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with FIFO and LIFO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced features.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Inventory, or similar).
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.

• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices, as applicable.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Update inventory data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
