Job summary

UPL Limited is seeking a warehouse operations professional to ensure efficient inventory management and timely dispatch coordination. The role involves accurate documentation, FIFO/FEFO practices, and seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include managing stock reports, coordinating with transporters for dispatches, and reconciling physical and system inventories to maintain accuracy. Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control required.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with transporters and ensure on-time dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Execute Sales Orders (SO) accurately by ensuring correct Qty, MRP, Shelf Life, and Manufacturing Date (MFG) details.
• FIFO , FEFO Maintain
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches.
• Monitor and follow up on shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Repacking Activity - Maintain activity records, including stakeholder details, timelines, and regular status updates.
• Review and verify operational activities to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure stock report hygiene (Physical vs System ) by coordinating with warehouse teams and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Physical verification of FG (GRN) From tollers & distributors
