Job summary

Ferns N Petals is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage material inward, SKU-wise inventory and accurate stock control. You will execute picking, packing and dispatch within defined TAT, and update all movements in the ERP/WMS system.

The role requires meticulous inventory maintenance, timely reporting of variances and close coordination with Procurement, QC, Planning, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth operations and peak-season readiness.

Qualifications

• Inventory accuracy, timely stock movements and location discipline.
• Ability to report stock variances, damages and ageing.
• Experience with inward, dispatch and stock reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage material inward, checking, GRN and proper storage.
• Ensure SKU-wise inventory, bin/location management and stock counting.
• Execute picking, packing and dispatch within defined TAT.
• Update inward, stock movements, transfers, returns and dispatches in Business Central/WMS.
• Identify and report stock variance, damages, ageing and non-moving inventory to the Warehouse Manager.
• Handle returns and support physical vs. system stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, Planning, Finance and Logistics.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety and proper product identification.
• Support peak-season requirements and urgent dispatches.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and support process improvement initiatives.
