Job summary

Panigrahana Weddings is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Bengaluru South to support event logistics. This full-time, on-site role handles receiving, unloading, organizing incoming goods, and packing items for outgoing shipments to venues.

You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain inventory records, and ensure décor, equipment, and supplies are stored safely and ready for weddings and related functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Unloading.
• Ability to safely and efficiently perform Packing tasks for décor, equipment, and other event materials.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack.
• Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail in tracking stock levels.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize items throughout the workday.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, events, or logistics environment is an advantage.

Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, supporting the logistical needs of Panigrahana Weddings' events and operations. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming goods, as well as packing and preparing items for outgoing shipments to event locations. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that décor, equipment, and supplies are stored safely and efficiently.
