Job summary

Pon Pure in Bengaluru is seeking a warehouse accounting professional to manage inventory-related transactions in ERP/SAP, verify GRNs and invoices, and reconcile stock discrepancies. The role involves ensuring GST, HSN/SAC, E-Way Bill compliance and handling supplier bills.

You will support monthly stock closings, audits, and prepare MIS reports on inventory and expenses, with meticulous record-keeping of bills and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse accounting and inventory-related transactions in ERP/SAP.
• Verify GRN, purchase invoices, stock transfers, sales returns, and stock adjustments.
• Reconcile physical stock with system stock and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify transporter, freight, loading/unloading, and other warehouse-related bills.
• Check vendor invoices against PO, approved rates, and supporting documents.
• Ensure correct GST, HSN/SAC, E-Way Bill, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor stock in transit and inter-warehouse reconciliations.
• Support monthly stock closing, physical stock verification, and audits.
• Maintain proper records of warehouse expenses, debit/credit notes, and pending bills.
• Prepare MIS reports on inventory, expenses, pending GRNs, freight, and stock differences
