Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including receiving, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Ensure all goods are properly inspected, labeled, stored, and recorded in the system (ERP/WMS).
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and transport teams for smooth material flow.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and warehouse best practices to minimize material wastage.
• Maintain 99%+ stock accuracy through regular cycle counting and monthly physical audits.
• Prepare GRN, delivery notes, stock reports, and other required documentation.
• Improve warehouse layout and storage processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational time.
• Manage Material Requisition from production teams to ensure zero downtime on the manufacturing line.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and reduce material handling time by 15%.
