Job summary

Osprosys Software in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Workflow Coordinator to manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion. You will prioritize work, monitor queues, and collaborate with global teams using chat, Slack, and workflow tools. Experience with PACS and workflow systems is preferred.

The role involves shifts including nights to meet international business needs, strong communication and Excel/reporting skills, and a focus on improving processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in Workflow Coordination, International Chat Support, Client Support, Teleradiology Operations, PACS Coordination, or similar operational roles.
• Experience working with PACS, workflow management systems, or ticketing platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of SLA management and workflow monitoring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, IT services, BPO/KPO, or customer operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Assign, track, and prioritize work based on operational requirements and SLAs.
• Monitor work queues and ensure smooth case distribution among teams.
• Communicate with international clients and internal teams via chat, Slack, email, and workflow management tools.
• Work extensively on PACS, workflow management systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Escalate workflow delays, technical issues, or operational bottlenecks to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain workflow records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
• Track productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and service quality metrics.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support shift handovers by ensuring all pending work is communicated effectively.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on international business requirements.
