Job summary

Datamatics is seeking a Senior Analyst / Lead Workforce Management (WFM) in Nashik. The role focuses on MIS reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning for US Healthcare RCM operations serving 100+ FTEs.

You will coordinate with Operations, HR, TA, and Training teams, manage shifts and performance analyses, and ensure SLA/TAT risks are mitigated through robust reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of core WFM experience is mandatory.
• Experience supporting 100+ FTEs across multiple processes or locations is mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering productivity, quality, attendance, backlog, utilization, and TAT.
• Manage workforce scheduling, shift rosters, shrinkage, leave planning, and resource utilization.
• Analyze planned vs. actual performance, identify staffing shortfalls, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop capacity plans and forecasts based on business volumes, productivity, attrition, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Training teams for workforce planning and ramp-ups.
• Monitor SLA and TAT risks and present workforce reports to stakeholders.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced WFM professional to manage MIS reporting, workforce scheduling, shortfall analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning for US Healthcare RCM operations supporting 100+ FTEs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering productivity, quality, attendance, backlog, utilization, and TAT.
• Manage workforce scheduling, shift rosters, shrinkage, leave planning, and resource utilization.
• Analyze planned vs. actual performance, identify staffing shortfalls, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop capacity plans and forecasts based on business volumes, productivity, attrition, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Training teams for workforce planning and ramp-ups.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in WFM, MIS, scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and dashboards.
• Understanding of WFM metrics such as FTE, shrinkage, utilization, occupancy, productivity, and backlog.
• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes such as Payment Posting, AR, Denials, and Payor Mapping.
• Power BI/Tableau knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
