• Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, CHA/customs teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure cargo stacking, space utilisation, storage planning, and material movement.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, inward/outward entries, and cargo traceability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock, dispatch, productivity, and costs.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations, cargo handling, storage, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Handle container cargo, ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo), trailers, and heavy cargo movements.
• Manage import/export documentation, shipment records, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, CHA/customs teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure efficient cargo stacking, warehouse space utilisation, storage planning, and material movement.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, inward/outward entries, and cargo traceability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering stock, dispatch, productivity, and operational costs.
• Manage manpower, loading/unloading schedules, vendor coordination, and warehouse safety.
• Control operational costs, minimize cargo damage, prevent stock discrepancies, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain complete operational documentation, end-to-end records, compliance, and audit-ready reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 8 to 12 years, strictly from the Transport & Logistics industry.
• Salary: 25,000 to 50,000 per month (in-hand).
• Location: Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai.
• Gender: Male candidate.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
