TP in Kolkata is hiring Customer Care Executives to handle inbound inquiries and provide product and service information with a focus on customer satisfaction. Join a team that works on rotational shifts including night duties and aims to resolve queries efficiently.

The role requires clear English and Hindi/Bengali communication, 12th pass, and willingness for immediate joining. Aadhaar linkage with the contact number is preferred.

Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues

• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English + Hindi/Bengali
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts

• Rotational shift including night shift
• Any 9:30 hour duty time in a day between 04:00PM - 10:30AM
• 5 working days with 2 rotational week off
