Job summary

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the US Mortgage or Banking domain to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong process knowledge, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling US Mortgage voice interactions, resolving queries with adherence to standards, applying knowledge of mortgage processes, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in US Mortgage, Banking, or a related BFSI domain.
• Candidates with domestic mortgage experience are also eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills (B1B5 proficiency preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment with rotational weekly offs.

Candidates who has experience in Mortgage ( No Underwriting) and who is comfortable with voice or has prior experience in Voice would be considered .
