Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Payment Collection Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in US mortgage collections, and working knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).

Responsibilities include contacting US mortgage customers to follow up on overdue payments, explaining dues and options, negotiating payments within policy, and updating records in MSP while maintaining high service

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in US mortgage collections or mortgage servicing voice processes.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of mortgage payment collection, delinquency follow-up, and payment arrangements.
• Ability to handle customer objections, negotiate payments, and resolve queries professionally.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with US customer service standards and process compliance.
• Ability to work in US shifts, including night shifts, as required.
