Job summary

Aadya Informatics Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad invites freshers to join our dynamic US IT recruitment team. You will source IT professionals for US-based roles, screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and coordinate with account managers and candidates through the ATS.

We value strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn US staffing processes. Working in US night shifts, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to daily recruitment trackers and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Source qualified candidates who are available for W2 opportunities.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, and availability.
• Explain job opportunities, requirements, and work arrangements to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions with the recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate information and update the ATS/recruitment database.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with account managers, recruiters, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit regular reports.
• Build and maintain a strong W2 candidate pipeline.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
