Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Banking / Mortgage/ Insurance Voice Process. Candidates should possess strong communication and comprehension skills, along with relevant experience in the banking or mortgage domain.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, Insurance related financial services.
• Candidates with domestic mortgage experience will also be considered.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 level proficiency preferred).
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Comfortable working with rotational weekly offs (split offs may be applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in any international banking domain with exposure to mortgage processes.
• Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
• Ability to handle customer interactions effectively and maintain service quality standards.
