Job summary

Vithu Tourism And Property Management India is seeking a travel consultant to assist clients by phone, WhatsApp and email, crafting tailored holiday packages and itineraries. You will coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and flight suppliers to arrange both domestic and international trips.

The role requires deep knowledge of travel products, strong English and regional language communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth bookings and excellent post-trip service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the travel industry, preferably 13 years.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
• Basic knowledge of air ticketing / flight bookings.
• Familiarity with visa processes and documentation.
• Good knowledge of hotels, destinations and sightseeing.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and computer skills.
• Ability to coordinate with DMCs and suppliers.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
