ABS Edupark in Gurugram seeks energetic Telecallers for overseas education. You will contact prospective students, understand their goals, provide initial information, and generate qualified counselling opportunities for our education counsellors.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, following up with students, maintaining CRM records, and meeting lead-generation targets while working with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or education sales.

Position: Telecaller – Overseas Education

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident and career-oriented Telecallers to join our Overseas Education team in Gurugram.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and prospective applicants, understanding their study-abroad aspirations, providing initial information, and generating qualified counselling opportunities for our education counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads interested in studying abroad.

Understand the student's educational background, career goals and preferred study destination.

Provide basic information about overseas education opportunities, courses, universities and application processes.

Identify genuine and interested students and generate qualified leads/appointments for the Counselling Team.

Follow up regularly with students through calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM/system.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate closely with counsellors and the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling, education sales, BPO or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.

Good spoken English is essential.

Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidates from Overseas Education, Study Abroad, EdTech, BPO, Telecalling or Inside Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
