Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tele-calling to nursing colleges, institutes, hospitals, polytechnics, language schools, and schools/universities.
• Email communication and enquiry generation.
• Collection of interested college leads and follow-up with the BD team.
• Qualify leads and book counselling appointments for BD team and senior counsellors.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM and follow up diligently.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects and appointments booked.
• Coordinate with counsellors and the operations team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Role Summary:

Your job is to connect with Schools, Colleges, Language Schools, Polytechnics and other institutions and arrange follow up meetings for the BD and Study Abroad Counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

• Tele-calling to Nursing Colleges, Nursing Institutes, Hospitals, Polytechnics, Language Schools, B2B agents, general Schools, Colleges and Universities
• Email communication and enquiry generation.
• Collection of interested College
• Qualify leads and book counselling appointments for BD team and senior counsellors.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM/tracker and follow up consistently.
• Share basic, accurate information on destinations, courses, timelines and processes (with training and support provided).
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects and appointments booked.
• Coordinate with counsellors and the operations team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident and professional. Comfort in Hindi
• Experience in the study-abroad / overseas education
• Strong phone presence — patient, persuasive and a genuinely good listener.
• Comfortable with follow-ups, targets and using a CRM or lead-tracking system.
