Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chennai is seeking seasoned Adobe Journey Optimizer specialists to join our Adobe Experience Platform practice. The role targets professionals with 6–10 years of hands-on AEP experience and proficiency across multiple modules including RTCDP, CJA, AJO and ODE.

The candidate will contribute to design, integration, and governance tasks, leveraging Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD in an agile delivery setup.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in relevant roles, as stated.
• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with 2+ modules among RTCDP, CJA, AJO, ODE.
• Deep understanding of XDM schema, identity stitching, data ingestion (batch/streaming), and connectors.
• Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus for transition mapping.
• Hands-on knowledge of Edge Network, Tags, Web/Mobile SDKs, and Event Forwarding.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, consent/privacy management.
• Experience with automated testing tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD; strong communication in agile delivery.

Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and at least 2+ modules among:
• RTCDP (Real-Time CDP)
• CJA (Customer Journey Analytics)
• AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)
• ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine)
• Deep understanding of XDM schema, identity stitching, data ingestion (batch/streaming), and source/destination connectors.
• Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus (for transition mapping).
