Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chennai is hiring an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer/Engineer for a WALKIN DRIVE. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with AEP, RT-CDP, and modules such as CJA and AJO.

You will work on cloud-based enterprise solutions, APIs, data modeling, and omni-channel personalization, with a strong emphasis on design, agile methods, and migration to Adobe Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on with RTCDP and modules like CJA, AJO, Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI)
• Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
• Excellent software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD
• Knowledge of AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo platforms
• 3+ years with Big Data/cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products
• 3+ years with backend technologies (Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST)
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise cloud solutions
• Experience loading data in/out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems
• 3+ years with data modeling, SQL, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP
• Knowledge of XDM, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP & CJA
• 2+ years building omni-channel personalization implementations
• Proficiency with Postman and IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, Marketo Engage or Campaign
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins)

Must-Have

• Working experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Marketo Engage or Adobe Campaign.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable.
• Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc.,
• Adobe Certified Expert RT-CDP Expert certification in AEP would be plus point.

• Build XDM schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configure Source and Destination connectors, build Segments and queries as per defined use cases.
• Build profile identity stitching and applying data governance and security policies in regulated industry like Financial Services.
• Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e., Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive the users cases.
• Evaluate new product features, conduct POCs and help evaluate how they can be used to drive Use cases.
• Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI and Customer AI.
• Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.
