Job Description

PRIMUS Global Technologies is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented IT Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. Candidates should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work on complex IT requirements and niche technology hiring.

Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant IT recruitment experience and up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for complex, niche, and challenging technical requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
• Perform advanced Boolean searches and keyword searches to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen resumes and assess technical skills, communication, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and availability.
• Recruit for technologies including Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Testing, and Mainframe.
• Work on niche requirements involving specialized skills and challenging technology combinations.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, account managers, delivery teams, and clients.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and candidate joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily submission reports.
• Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming IT requirements.

Technical Hiring Exposure

• Development: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, .NET, React.js, Angular, Node.js, Full Stack Development.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins.
• Data & Analytics: Data Engineering, Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Power BI.
• Enterprise Applications: SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Informatica.
• Testing: Automation Testing, Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, Performance Testing.
• Specialized Technologies: Mainframe, Murex, Temenos, and other niche IT skill sets.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri sourcing, Boolean search, and resume screening.
• Ability to understand complex job descriptions and identify relevant technical candidates.
• Good communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, recruitment trackers, and candidate database management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from IT staffing companies, recruitment consultancies, or IT services organizations.
• Experience in lateral hiring, niche hiring, or complex technical recruitment.
• Exposure to MNC clients and vendor-based recruitment processes is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
