The successful candidate will conduct initial calls, assess communication skills, and coordinate interviews with clients. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment with clear targets.

• Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Fresher
• Experience: Freshers (01 year)
• Location: KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• CTC: 2.04 LPA (including PF)

Job Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Working Days & Timings:

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates residing near our KPHB, Kukatpally office or within a commutable distance are preferred.
