Job summary

Kumar Properties seeks a seasoned finishing works supervisor to oversee interior completions in large residential townships and high-rise towers in Pune. You will drive Aluform/Mivan-based finishing, coordinate with contractors and engineers, and ensure quality per drawings and standards.

Responsibilities include snagging, handover readiness, daily progress tracking, and customer possession activities. Strong leadership and billing-estimation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising finishing works for large residential townships and high-rise towers.
• Strong focus on Mivan shuttering and post-Aluform finishing activities.
• Proficiency in estimation/billing and coordinating MEPF integration.

• Prepare flats for customer possession and handover.
• Maintain daily progress and escalate site issues to senior engineer/manager.
• Manage customer handover/possession activities for real estate projects.

1. Supervise internal and external finishing works in high-rise residential buildings.

2. Experience in Aluform/Mivan construction and post-Aluform finishing activities.

3. Execute all finishing works related to Building.

4. Internal Coordinate with contractors, engineers and site teams for daily work execution.

5. Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications and standards. Conduct flat inspections, snagging and de-snagging and ensure timely closure.

6. Prepare flats for customer possession and handover.

7. Maintain daily progress and report site issues to the senior engineer/manager.

8. Experience in customer handover/possession activities in real estate projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: 12th pass or any graduation
• Experience: 10 13 years in the construction industry, with a strong focus on large residential townships and high-rise towers.
• Core Competencies: Mivan shuttering expertise, robust estimation/billing skills, and proficiency in MEPF integration.
