Job summary

Deye Inverter Technology is seeking a field service technician in Tamil Nadu to provide on-site technical support for solar inverters, batteries and renewable energy systems. You will diagnose issues during field service calls and assist customers with maintenance and troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex electrical problems, ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-growing energy solutions company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Strong understanding of solar inverter technology, battery management systems, and renewable energy principles.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and colleagues.
