Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites candidates for a Mega Walk In Drive for ServiceNow GRC Developer roles in Bengaluru. The event occurs on 12/Sep at the TCS Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, ITPL Main Road, Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield, Bangalore.

Minimum 4 years experience required. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on risk assessments, policy lifecycle, and integrations via REST/SOAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with workflow automation and Flow Designer.
• Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CISGRC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle, and issue management workflows.
• Customize using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable GRC solutions.

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
