Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
• Change Management
• Knowledge Management
• Service Catalog
• Virtual Agent
• Configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create SQL and LDAP queries to connect and retrieve data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and Active Directory.
• Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
• Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications
