Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune district, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC expert to design and deliver governance, risk, and compliance solutions.

You will customize IRM modules, integrate with CMDB/ITSM and external systems, and build reports and dashboards to track risk and audit findings. 7–12 years of hands-on work, strong coding skills in JavaScript and Flow Designer, and excellent stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Proficient in configuring IRM data models, workflows, and lifecycle components for governance needs.
• Solid ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, audit, controls, indicators, issues, remediation concepts.
• Experience integrating IRM with CMDB, ITSM and external systems; secure integration patterns.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards for risk exposure and compliance posture.

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM solutions by translating governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Customize and maintain IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management, with appropriate workflows, indicators, issues, and remediation tracking.
• Develop platform customizations using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer while following ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Must Have

1. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management. The candidate should be able to configure core IRM data models, workflows, and process lifecycle components aligned to enterprise governance needs.

2. Solid ServiceNow development capability using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable platform customizations.

3. Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation concepts. The developer should be comfortable mapping business controls and compliance processes into the ServiceNow IRM framework.

4. Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with CMDB, ITSM, and external systems. The candidate should understand data dependencies, data quality expectations, and secure integration patterns for enterprise environments.

5. Ability to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for risk exposure, compliance posture, audit findings, and remediation tracking. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for successful delivery.
