Job summary

Vrinda International in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst to support design, implementation, and enhancement of GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience, hybrid work mode, and interviews conducted face-to-face. CTC is 15–20 LPA. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with developers to ensure governance and compliance alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in GRC/IRM.
• Experience in design, implementation, and enhancement of GRC/IRM on ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of governance, risk and compliance processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and create BRDs/FRDs and process flows.
