Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + at least one additional module) for an on-site role in Noida. The position requires 4 to 13 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, ITSM expertise, and strong JavaScript skills, with exposure to modules like HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, CMDB, ITOM or custom app development.

Key tooling includes Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, plus scripting elements (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions).

Qualifications

• 4 to 13 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on ITSM experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
• Experience in at least one additional module: HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, CMDB, ITOM, or Custom Application Development.
• Hands-on experience with: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.
