Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience as Service/Maintenance/Field Service Engineer in plastic manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer service and machine installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission plastic auxiliary machinery at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Diagnose PLC-based and control panel issues where applicable.
• Support customers with technical guidance during machine operation.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation after each visit.
• Coordinate with service and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely installation, repairs, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Service Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers' machines operate efficiently with minimum downtime.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission plastic auxiliary machinery at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Diagnose PLC-based and control panel issues where applicable.
• Service equipment such as:
• Hopper Dryers
• Dehumidifiers
• Auto Vacuum Loaders
• Chillers
• Mould Temperature Controllers
• Granulators
• Mixers
• Centralized Conveying Systems
• Support customers with technical guidance during machine operation.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation after each visit.
• Coordinate with the service and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely installation, repairs, and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for engineers who enjoy fieldwork, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 25 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Field Service Engineer
• Experience in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel for customer service and machine installation

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from companies such as Shini, Bry-Air, Prasad Group, Wittmann, Piovan, Motan, Koch Technik, Labotek, or TNT will receive preference.
