Job summary

Unique Solution Unlimited is seeking a technically capable field service professional to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery. The role involves on-site installation, commissioning, and regular travel to customer sites to ensure uptime and performance.

Ideal candidates hold an ITI/ Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Automation and have 2–6 years of field service experience. Strong HMI basics and good communication are required for successful customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification is important but exceptional practical ability will be valued higher.
• 2–6 years of field service experience in industrial machinery.
• Willing to travel regularly to customer sites for installation, service and breakdown.
• Basic HMI knowledge and ability to set advanced parameters after training.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Interest in Colour Sorter machine technology and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Assist installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide on-site breakdown support and preventive maintenance.

This position is suitable for a technical strong hand on person who enjoys troubleshooting on industrial machinery.Formal qualification is important but exceptional practical technical ability will also given higher consideration.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrial,Instrumentation,Electronics,Automation & related field.

2-6 Year experience in field service,industrial machinery,field service,installation & troubleshooting will prefered.

Strong hands on ability in electrical,electronic,electromechenical & pneumatics.

Must be willing to travel regularly to customer sites for installation,service & breakdown.

Basic HMI knowledge & understanding skill on advance parameters setting after training.

Good communication & customer handling ability.
