Job summary

Basant Motors in Raipur is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. You will attend to customers, understand their service requirements, and prepare job cards while explaining repair needs.

Coordinate between customers and service technicians, provide regular updates, and ensure timely delivery with high customer satisfaction. Maintain service records and follow dealership processes. Freshers are not eligible; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automobile service role.
• Two-wheeler / motorcycle service experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle servicing and repairs.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
