Job summary

RRD GO Creative in Chennai is seeking a Senior Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications team. You will coordinate with production, manage client queries, and ensure timely, accurate output while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in email support, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in rotational shifts including night hours. Proficiency in MS Office is essential to process requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Email Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the production team regarding timelines and project scope, while proactively communicating any delays to the client and hosting required clarification calls.
• Translating client requirements clearly to the production team and overseeing the workflow to ensure accurate, timely output.
• Supporting daily Front Desk operations and collaborating internally across teams to process incoming project requests.
• Building strong rapport with dedicated accounts, driving concise and professional email communication, and partnering with internal experts to resolve complex client issues.
• Collaborating actively with team leads and managers to address front desk staffing requirements and manage workload fluctuations effectively.
