Senior Architect responsibilities include:

• Should have experience in Auto DCR
• Should have Knowledge of DCR- 2020 Thane
• The candidate should know Municipal drawings for knowledge
• Well versed with Drafting & designing, measurements, Revit, Autocad, Lumion, 3D Max, Power point presentations, BIM.
• Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Using the construction brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Developing architecture in line with clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact
• Coordination with consultants & contractor for signed off, for generation of certifications & NOC.
• Designing & execution of high-rise residential buildings, villas, bungalows.
• Modifying & enhancing architectural drawings, visual representations, models to effectively communicate envisioned designs.
• Spearheading end-to-end design and construction support/ follow-up of large-scale projects with innovative architectural design and sophisticated requirements.
• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, obtain necessary approvals & secure permits.
• Assisting during the construction phase & addressing design-related challenges as they arise
• Design and develop system architecture and technical frameworks.
• Define architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead technical design discussions and solution planning.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
