Eastern Estate Construction & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers for Diamond City Ranchi, a premium residential township.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to guide customers through the property-buying journey. You will generate leads, present properties, arrange site visits, close bookings and drive monthly targets, while mentoring the sales team for Senior Managers.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers to join our sales team for Diamond City Ranchi, a premium residential township project.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate sales, and the ability to lead customers through the complete property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
• Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with the marketing, CRM and documentation teams for smooth closures.
• For Senior Sales Managers: Lead and motivate the sales team, monitor individual performance, and drive overall team targets.

Candidate Profile

• Sales Manager: 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Senior Sales Manager: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
• Good knowledge of the Ranchi real estate market will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
• Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales will be preferred.
