Job summary

MAX Properties in Madurai seeks a target-driven sales professional to identify and contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins, explain products and offers, understand requirements, and coordinate meetings and site visits.

You will nurture leads, follow up to convert enquiries into sales, maintain CRM records, and report daily activity. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years in sales are preferred; freshers may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (if required).
