Job description

Graduate in any relevant discipline. Business Administration, Commerce, or Sales/Marketing is preferred.

• 03 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, real estate sales operations, CRM, inventory

management, channel partner coordination, or sales MIS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accurate maintenance of sales records is important.Maintain and regularly update project inventory sheets, tracking each unit as available, booked, blocked,

or sold.

• Ensure accurate and complete project records, including cause sheets and residential and commercial

project documentation.

• Maintain prospective client leads received through calls, references, channel partners, and other sources,

ensuring an active and updated sales pipeline.

• Track client enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, booking progress, conversions, and closures.
• Maintain and update channel partner records, monitor lead generation and conversion performance, and

prepare periodic performance reports.

• Schedule site visits for interested and qualified customers and coordinate with the Pre-Sales Senior,

Closing Manager, and concerned sales team members.

• Handle rental and commercial office requirements, including property visits, inductions, offer

communication, and customer follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and other concerned teams to collect and maintain client, sales,

and transaction documentation.

• Prepare and update daily and weekly MIS covering leads, follow-ups, site visits, inventory status, bookings,

sales progress, and closures.

• Maintain accurate call remarks, lead status, and scheduled follow-ups.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to resolve missing information and ensure timely, accurate
