Job Summary

We are hiring a confident, disciplined and result-oriented International Sales & Customer Relationship Executive.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international customer enquiries, understanding product requirements, preparing quotations, following up with potential buyers, converting enquiries into confirmed orders and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

This is not only a calling position. The candidate will manage the complete sales journey from the first customer enquiry to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, payment follow-up, dispatch coordination and post-sale relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling and Qualification

  • Handle incoming enquiries from the company website, email, telephone, WhatsApp and approved B2B marketplaces.
  • Contact domestic and international pharmaceutical buyers.
  • Understand the customer’s required product, brand, strength, dosage form, quantity, destination country and delivery expectations.
  • Verify whether the enquiry is genuine and commercially relevant.
  • Collect necessary customer and business information before processing an order.
  • Prioritise high-value and urgent sales opportunities.
  • Maintain professional response times for all incoming enquiries.

2. B2B Pharmaceutical Sales

  • Explain the company’s products, services, sourcing capabilities and order process to potential customers.
  • Share approved product information, prices, availability and commercial terms.
  • Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices after obtaining internal approval.
  • Follow up consistently with interested customers.
  • Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company-approved limits.
  • Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, collection and repeat-order targets.
  • Identify opportunities for bulk orders and long-term supply arrangements.

3. International and Export Sales

  • Communicate professionally with customers from different countries.
  • Handle international enquiries through email, WhatsApp and telephone calls.
  • Understand customer requirements related to quantity, shipping destination, packaging and documentation.
  • Coordinate internally for export quotations and estimated shipping charges.
  • Support customers with approved export documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with the operations, logistics and documentation teams for international orders.
  • Maintain accurate communication regarding order status, payment, packaging and dispatch.
  • Follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical and export regulations.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong and professional relationships with domestic and international customers.
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact during the sales and order process.
  • Provide regular updates regarding quotations, payments, product availability and dispatch.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
  • Understand customer feedback, concerns and future requirements.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant internal team.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction without making unapproved medical, regulatory or delivery commitments.
  • Develop long-term business relationships instead of focusing only on one-time sales.

5. Quotation and Order Coordination

  • Prepare accurate quotations based on approved pricing.
  • Confirm product, quantity, price, packaging and shipping information before sending quotations.
  • Coordinate with the procurement or inventory team regarding product availability.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and purchase decisions.
  • Obtain complete order confirmation from the customer.
  • Coordinate for proforma invoice preparation.
  • Ensure that customer details and order information are accurately recorded.
  • Track the order until payment, packaging, dispatch and delivery communication are completed.

6. Payment and Collection Follow-up

  • Communicate approved payment terms to customers.
  • Follow up professionally for advance payments and outstanding amounts.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to verify received payments.
  • Do not confirm an order or dispatch without the required internal payment approval.
  • Maintain records of pending payments and expected payment dates.
  • Escalate delayed or suspicious payments to management.
  • Support timely collection of sales revenue.

7. CRM and Sales Reporting

  • Record every lead, call, message, quotation, follow-up and order status in the company CRM or tracking system.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
  • Schedule future follow-ups and avoid missing customer commitments.
  • Submit daily sales and follow-up reports.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and performance updates.
  • Report monthly sales, revenue, collections, repeat orders and pending opportunities.
  • Share customer objections, product demand and competitor information with management.
  • Maintain complete transparency regarding customer discussions and deal status.

8. Market Development

  • Research potential pharmaceutical importers, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies and healthcare businesses.
  • Identify new domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through online research, directories, references and approved platforms.
  • Build databases of potential buyers and business partners.
  • Reconnect with inactive customers and old enquiries.
  • Identify products with strong customer demand.
  • Share market insights and customer requirements with management.

Salary and Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary

30,000 per month

The fixed salary will be subject to the company’s employment terms, attendance requirements and applicable deductions.

Performance Incentive

10,000–12,000 per month

The performance incentive will be payable when the employee achieves the assigned monthly target.
